Initial Meeting – Project Overview

According to your requirement and your lifestyles needs we will design your dwelling aesthetically and economically We will gather information from you that is necessary to begin your design including rooms required and how they will be used.

Initial Design

At this stage we will;

• gather information form surveyor to obtain details of the land; size and site boundaries.

• go through Council requirements and address them properly while doing minimum obstructions to your design requirements.

• arrange the general layout of spaces and rooms taking into account site constraints and lifestyle requirements.

• prepare computer aided version of plans and elevations as well.

• discuss all of the above with you and do further changes according to your needs.

Construction Drawings

The last and the most important stage of the design process.

We will present you a full set of construction drawings which includes;

• Site plan with ample information to set out the dwelling and drainage details as well.

• Floor Plans for each floor with dimensions of all interior spaces.

• Elevations and Sections with all required dimensions according to the complexity of the project to get better imagination of your dwelling.
